Please pay attention to the General Guardian's instructions regarding to Durable Power of Attorney.
In accordance with the General Director's decision from October 24, 2023 and until further notice, it will be possible to draft and sign a Durable Power of Attorney, also in a video conference (which includes sound and image) and without a physical meeting between the appointor and the lawyer.
We emphasize again the great benefit of a face-to-face meeting to discuss such a sensitive matters such as Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Pwoer of Attorney and other pre plan arrrangements.
